this is super simple!

you’ll need:

4 hair ties/elastics

how to:

1) divide your hair in the middle, (its good to tie one of the sections before you start braiding, in case you take a piece of hair accidentally from the other side)

2) start dutch braiding one section, (keep it close to the ear instead of braiding towards the back of your head). grab three pieces of hair from the top and start to braid it as you would normally do it, and keep adding pieces of hair to the braid as you keep braiding.

3) keep braiding until you reach your earlobe, then tie your hair with the hair elastic.

4) divide the pony tail in two, and braid that piece.

5) tie the little braid with a hair elastic, repeat the process of the other side of your head. and that’s it!

here’s how to do Primrose Everdeen’s braids!

It’s a 10 - $14.87 (on amazon)

i highly recommend this leave-in conditioner, since my hair is naturally curly and it helps keep it without frizz, and it also makes it easier to straighten my hair.

TUTORIAL FOR “FOXFACE” HUNGER GAMES LOOK

You will need:

  • Eye primer*
  • An reddish-orange eyeshadow, slightly brownish, similar to the colour of a fox’s fur, preferably matte
  • A fairly bright yellow eyeshadow, also matte
  • A bright white eyeshadow to work as a highlighter, preferably fairly sparkly
  • Pencil eyeliner, preferably brown
  • Mascara
  • A coral coloured blush*
  • A bronzer that suits you*
  • A foundation*
  • A lip pencil in either coral or close to your natural lip colour*
  • A neutral lipstick of gloss, with corally tones
  • A shadow to fill your eyebrows in, if necessary*
  • A brow sculptor*
*optional
  1. Sweep your orangey red eyeshadow over the entire lid and into the crease. Elongate the eyelid by creating a “wing” at the side of your eye. Sweep the same colour under the bottom lashes, too.
  2. Taking your yellow shadow, apply it to the centre third of your eyelids, and from the middle of your eye beneath your lower lashes to where your lower lashes end.
  3. Take your sparkly white highlighting shadow and apply in a semi-circle from where you left off with the yellow below your lower lashes to the corner of the inside of your eyelid. This will open your eyes up, making them look brighter, and also imitates the white tip of a fox’s tale.
  4. Apply the same white shadow below your eyebrow along the brow bone, and also across the tops of your cheek bones.
  5. Very lightly apply a brown pencil eyeliner to only the outside third of your eyes, and finish the line with a very subtly flick.
  6. Apply mascara, paying particular attention to the lashes towards to outside of your eyes.
  7. Apply your foundation and bronzer as you normally would, and the blusher in a way that suits your face shape.
  8. If, like me, you have thin eyebrows, or, again like me, you have coloured hair, take a shadow that is somewhere between your brow colour and your hair colour (in my case, I would go for a reddy brown) and lightly fill in your brows. Neaten them up with a brow sculptor.
  9. Line and then fill in your lips with the lip pencil. Apply a small amount of your gloss or lipstick.

And that’s it! I hope you found this helpful and may the odds be ever in your favour!

Fantastic work Magda! It’s beautiful!
